Adult Influenza Advanced Service Report now available on the Open Data Portal

13 January 2026

The Adult Influenza Advanced Service Report has now been migrated from the NHSBSA Catalyst Public Insight Portal to the NHSBSA Open Data Portal (ODP).

This report contains monthly information on the number of flu vaccinations administered by community pharmacy contractors under the Community Pharmacy Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Advanced Service. Updated monthly, the dataset helps to provide insight into seasonal influenza vaccination activity across England and supports NHS planning and public health monitoring.

Data from the current flu season is available now on the NHSBSA Open Data Portal. New data will be available on the 10th of each month following on from this initial publication.

Historical data is available from September 2015 onwards. This dataset is updated annually, with each release published in September and covering the period from the previous September to March. September is used as a reference point; however, in some years, seasonal vaccination activity may start later.
