5 If available, could you provide the data on the prescription rate per 100,000 people at the national level and for West Yorkshire (or Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Calderdale individually)?

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA.
We do not hold data by ‘district name’. The current NHS structure allows us to publish the data by Integrated Care Board (ICB). This data is available by the link below, where you can filter by chemical substance ('tirzepatide') or on the BNF Presentation Name ('Mounjaro'):
