I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA.

We can provide a Pharmacy Opening and Closures Data Set which shows the number of pharmacies in England that are included on a Pharmaceutical List held by NHS England on the last calendar day of each month. https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/dataset/pharmacy-openings-and-closures

The Contractor Details Data Set is published monthly and contains a list of pharmacy contractors across England. https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/dataset/contractor-details

If you require information on applications received, you will need to contact NHS England as NHSBSA does not hold this data.
