I would like to request the contact details for all registered pharmacies in UK. Their contact details MUST include the following details in Excel format please:

• Name of the business and legal entity if known

• Pharmacy registration number

• ODS Code

• Business address

• Postcode

• Official NHS shared email address of the registered pharmacy (NHS email address i.e. pharmacyFxy12@nhs.net)

Must include England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland.
