Please can you advise how many pharmacies failed to deliver five clinical pathway consultations under the Pharmacy First scheme by 31st March and therefore had the initial £2,000 upfront payment recovered. Please can you provide a lit of contractors this related too.

I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information.

Please read the below notes to ensure correct understanding of the data.

555 contractors have submitted claims but missed the target of 5 clinical pathway consultations during February and March 2024. A list of the pharmacy contractor codes for those pharmacies is attached. Please note that recovery of fees may not have taken place with all contractors at this time. This process is on-going.
