New Dataset Now Available: NHSBSA Overseas Health Services UK EHIC/UK GHIC Digital Application - Key Performance Indicators

We’re pleased to announce that the NHSBSA Overseas Health Services UK EHIC (UK European Health Insurance Card) and UK GHIC (UK Global Health Insurance Card) Digital Application - Key Performance Indicators dataset is now available on the NHSBSA Open Data Portal.

This dataset provides key performance metrics for the NHSBSA Overseas Health Services UK EHIC/UK GHIC Digital Application. It focuses on comparing traditional processing routes with self-service digital solutions, specifically for the UK EHIC and UK GHIC services. This dataset includes metrics such as Completion Rate and Digital Take-up, alongside insights from the Customer Satisfaction Survey, which evaluates the overall user experience.
