Is Quantity in Units the number of whole packs of a product? i.e. a quantity of 1 is 1 pack of 28 tablets for example?

@sublack Many thanks for your query which has now been answered by NHS England as follows:

Yes 'VMP units' as per the SCMD guideline document - see dm+d for further information about each VMP unit.
