2025-08-05 The April 2025 ODP Pharmacy and Appliance Contractor Dispensing Data has been reissued due to a HWB assignment error affecting appliance contractors.

Update 2025-09-26: LPC Information to be Included in Dispensing Data Report

In response to user feedback, from June 2025 the Pharmacy/Appliance Contractors Dispensing Data report will include the associated Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC) name and code as two additional columns.
