‘Could you provide by email, preferably in a spreadsheet, the results of the Community Dental Services (CDS) survey from 1st July 2022 to the present month? If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.’

Please be aware that I have decided not to release full details of column AU ‘Any Additional Comments’ as this information falls under the exemption in Section 40 subsections 2 and 3(A)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act.

a) It is not fair to disclose people’s personal details to the world and is likely to cause damage or distress to staff

b) These details are not of sufficient interest to the public to warrant an intrusion into the privacy of those staff.
