Please would you provide details of all claims for the vaccine damage payment rejected due to failing the 60%disabiltiy criteria since 2010?

[On 15 February 2023 you clarified your request as follows]

Please provide the following

1. How many claims for non covid vaccine injury have been assessed since Nov 21?

2. How many of the claims assessed have been rejected on failing to meet the 60 % disability criteria when causation has been accepted?

3. How many claims for Covid vaccine injury have been assessed since Nov 21?

4. How many of the covid vaccine injury claims have been rejected on failing to meeting the 60% disability criteria when causation has been accepted?’

Response

Question 1

66 claims for non-covid vaccine injury have been accessed since November 2021.

Question 2

Of the 66 claims, five have been rejected on failing to meet the 60% disability criteria when causation has been accepted.

Question 3

897 claims for Covid vaccine injury have been assessed since November 2021.

Question 4

Of 897, 49 were rejected where causation was accepted but disablement due to vaccination was assessed as less than 60%.
