• We have a copy of the NHSBSA guidance - GP Provider & non-GP Provider Annual Certificate Of Pensionable Profits/Income 2017/2018 – Could we please request a copy of 2013/2014 guidance and 2014/2015 guidance.

• We also have a copy of the document NHS Pensions A guide to applying to become a GMS/PMS/sPMS Provider - Applying to the NHS Pension Scheme. Could you kindly confirm the date of publication? In addition, if this date was post August 2015 could we please have a copy of the guidance in place from 2013 to 2015.
