could you please provide the supplier/brand and model of vaginal speculums (disposable and non disposable) used by all the services for wich you coordinate suply provisions (GP surgeries, sexual health clinics...)? as well as explanation regarding who's responsibility it is to chose the suppliers, models and sizes ? please provide the ratio of different models and sizes ordered and used. please also provide the actual dimensions (length, width at largest point, width at the non moving part) associated with all models and sizes.
