A copy of the information is attached. All dispensing doctor switching rechecks received between Apr-20 and Mar-22 have been completed.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.

We are unable to calculate a percentage as some rechecks involved other queries, not just switching.

Question 3 and 4

There is no financial amount owing for switching rechecks which were received between April 2020 and March 2022. Any switching rechecks received between Apr-20 and Mar-22 have been completed.
