(Meaning of API “a set of functions and procedures that allow the creation of applications which access the features or data of an operating system, application, or other service.”)
2.
IMPORTANT
-
If the organisation has a CRM system or a similar system, there should be a facility to download and extract contract data.
-
You may forward me a Weblink to a portal to download the contract register, please make sure all the organisation’s contracts are provided as doing prior research I have found that most organisations have only uploaded a small portion of all their contracts.
-
For those organisations planning to make an exemption around spend, the spend information I have requested is an overall figure and I am not requesting a complete breakdown of services relating to the spend.’
Your request was received on 3 November 2022 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Response
Question 1 to 10
A copy of the information is attached. Please read the below notes to ensure correct understanding of the data.
Personal Data
Please be aware that I have decided not to release full details of all contracts where the information identifies a person rather than a supplier as this information falls under the exemption in Section 40 subsections 2 and 3(A)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act.
This is because it would breach the first data protection principle as:
a) It is not fair to disclose these people’s personal details to the world and is likely to cause damage or distress to contractors
b) These details are not of sufficient interest to the public to warrant an intrusion into the privacy of those contractors.
Please click the below web link to see the exemption in full.
