I would like to obtain details of all Band 3 and Band 4 vacancies between 1 April 2021 to 15 February 2023 for South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

This information is relevant to a litigation matter and the Claimant’s potential to mitigate their losses. This matter is going forward to a hearing between 13 – 15 February 2023 and therefore I’d be grateful if this request would be expedited if at all possible.

For confidentiality reasons, I am unable to provide specific details as to the relevant parties. As this information will already have been in the public domain, I would be very grateful if you could please confirm whether you are able to provide this information and if you are unable to do so, please could you confirm why.
