‘Please provide the contact for each ICB responsible for authorising historic personally administered items claims.’

On 28 October 2022, you clarified your request as follows:

‘details of a senior authorised signatory at each organisation, would be very helpful,’

The data provided is extracted from organisational data team spreadsheets where we hold all the authorised signatory contact details.

The Authorised Signatories we hold are for amendments to the database for all areas of work that we maintain i.e. GPs, Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs) etc.
