If a given name is not attributable for each provider, please provide a unique identifier, that may enable comparison across years. This request recognises that some dentists may perform NHS activity in multiple regions in a single financial year.’

UDA Delivered

The units of dental activity scheduled for the financial year to date for the period selected, relating to the financial year e.g. in December this will cover the scheduled months of April to December, excluding FD UDA for English contracts and including UDA for Welsh contracts.
