Can you provide a report on the volume of annual pensions statements published, which are subsequently proven to be inaccurate by external agencies? i.e. How many published reports are proven to be wrong out of the total volume of reports published. Further to this can you provide a breakdown of data which explains the monetary value of these mistakes? i.e. How much money was involved in the mistake? (100 people with a £1000 difference, 50 with a £10,000 difference etc)
