Region Code/Name
This is the region code/ name where the contract is located.
Financial Value (£)
This is the amount paid to contractors for the £50million additional funding, between February and March 2022.
Total FP17s
This is the number of FP17s scheduled on contracts commissioned to provide services under the £50million additional funding scheme. This are where both the treatment acceptance and treatment completion dates were between 14th February and 31st March 2022 and scheduled between February and June 2022. See below explanations of acceptance and completion dates.
Treatment Acceptance Date
The date the patient was accepted for treatment as stated on part 3 of the FP17.
Treatment Completion Date
The date of completion, as stated on part 3 of the FP17, if the course was completed or the date of last visit if it was not completed. All forms should be submitted within 2 months of the date of completion. If a decision is made to mark the form as incomplete, it should be submitted as quickly as possible.
