Q1.I can’t track down the online 2020/2021 Report and Accounts.

Q2. Is there an open AGM for the 2021/2022 Report and Accounts?

Q3. Are the documents to be published online?

Q4. It appears that R & A earlier than those listed are available but not how far back.

Q5. Does NHSBSA operate to the bacs.co.uk/pay.uk calendar and timetable or submit within the thirty days in advance of processing day?

Q6. Does NHSBSA submit from 07:00 onwards?

Q7. Does NHSBSA operate the BACs three day cycle (submit, bank receipt, settlement) or another cycle?

Q8. How much of £35 billion managed by NHSBSA do they pay by BACs and use CoP for processing payments?’

The Audit of the 2020/21 accounts is underway. We are aiming to publish by Autumn 2022

Question 2 and 3

Once published the AGM date will be advertised.

If R&A is referring to Annual Report & Accounts, they are all available at the below web link:

This includes the Annual Report and Accounts dating back to 2005/06.

Question 5

The NHSBSA operates a combination of using the bacs.co.uk/pay.uk calendar and timetable and advance submissions, but never 30 days in advance.

The NHSBSA submits throughout the day, but not necessarily from 7am.

Question 7

The NHSBSA operates the BACS three-day cycle.

Question 8

The NHSBSA does not pay any of the £35b by BACS and use CoP for processing payments as bulk BACS payments do not utilise CoP.
