We would like to make a Freedom of Information Request regarding the staffing of the VDPS. We would like a response in spreadsheet form, broken down by month, displaying the number of employees working for the VDPS since January 2020 to the present month of May 2022, showing a total of 29 months.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) was formally requested by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) to manage the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) from 1 November 2021. DHSC remains responsible for the policy and legislation that governs the VDPS.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) was previously the administrator of the VDPS, prior to 1 November 2021.
