Dear Sirs, Could I please request an updated list of Pharmacy Contractors that are indicated as 100-hour contracts on your database (in Excel format). To be absolutely clear, the request should detail:

Column1--ODS Code

Column2--Pharmacy Name

Column3--Pharmacy Trading Name

Column4--Pharmacy Address

Column5--Pharmacy Post Code

Column6—Date Opened (if possible) If the date opened data is not available please may I have the rest of the data without the need to submit another request. Thank you.

Under Section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you. The ODS codes of 100-hour pharmacies are available from web link:
