Req. is for NHS Business Services Authority
I would like to submit a request for some information from the organisation, in relation to their contract’s register.
The FULL contract register should display all the organisations existing/live contracts I would like the register to display the following columns/headings:
Contract Reference -Unique reference number associated with the contract.
Procurement Category –Please state the category name of the contract, I wish to know the category the contract is under.
Spend (Total, Annual or contract value)
Contract’s Start Date
Contract’s Expiry Date
Contract Description [Please provide me with as much detail as possible.]
Contact Owner (Person that manages the contract register)
Contract Data/API Contact Details
Question 13. Can you also provide me with contact details of the person responsible for the actual contract’s register or someone responsible for API? [Name, Job Title, Telephone, Email Address] At the very least provide me with their actual job title.
(Meaning of API “a set of functions and procedures that allow the creation of applications which access the features or data of an operating system, application, or other service.”)
If the organisation has a CRM system or a similar system, there should be a facility to download and extract contract data.
You may forward me a Weblink to a portal to download the contract register, please make sure all the organisation’s contracts are provided as doing prior research I have found that most organisations have only uploaded a small portion of all their contracts.
For those organisations planning to make an exemption around spend, the spend information I have requested is an overall figure and I am not requesting a complete breakdown of services relating to the spend.
Please provide me with the contract’s register file in an excel format.’
Questions 1- 11 and 13
A copy of the information is attached.
Please note that Sean Murphy does not consent to his contact details being used for the purposes of direct marketing.
Please be aware that I have decided not to release full details of named people in the register as this information falls under the exemption in Section 40 subsections 2 and 3(A)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act.
This is because it would breach the first data protection principle as:
a) It is not fair to disclose these people’s personal details to the world and is likely to cause damage or distress to those people.
b) These details are not of sufficient interest to the public to warrant an intrusion into the privacy of those people.
Please click the below web link to see the exemption in full.
Under Section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you. The CPV code is available for contracts which are published on contracts finder, at the below web link:
Please note that this request and our response is published on our Freedom of Information disclosure log at:
