Could you provide data on how often you are contacted by pharmacy contractors or anonymously notifying you of prescription claims which were claimed either accidentally or fraudulently.

Please could you provide any data relating to prescption items that are claimed by pharmacy contractors fraudulently especially relating to items which have been claimed for but not collected by the patient.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. The NHSBSA does not collate figures on items submitted for payment fraudulently or in error, or on the number of times we are contacted in relation to such.
