‘I ask you under the freedom of Information Act how much money you receive from accidental omissions of patients when leaving a dental practice after their treatment, as this data is held with yourselves and not HMRC.’

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.

We do hold information on general monies recouped via DECS (Dental Exemption Checking Service) however a new Freedom of Information request would need to be submitted for this.
