I have been made aware of a meeting that has taken place between the 4 UK nations and that within this meeting a form of words was agreed and adopted on behalf of the 4 UK support schemes with regard to the confirmation of income letters provided by these schemes. I have some questions below that I would like to submit in the form of a Freedom of Information request.

1. Which UK departments were involved in this meeting/s?

2. Which officials were involved in discussing this issue?

3. Were any EIBSS, SIBSS, WIBSS or IBPS NI staff or any staff from other departments associated with any of these organisations involved in any of these meetings and if so who were they?

4. On what date/s and where did the meeting/s take place?

5. On what date was the agreed form of words implemented?

6. Has there been more than one meeting to discuss the wording used in the confirmation of income letters and if so how many?

7. What specific form of words were agreed and adopted by the 4 UK nations?

8. Apart from Government departments, have any UK support organisations or infected/affected individuals been consulted in any way on the wording and if so who were they?

9. Have any changes of the wording used in these confirmation of income letters been disseminated to beneficiaries of the schemes and if so how was this done?

10. I would like to request the minutes of any meetings that have taken place that have discussed the type of wording used in the confirmation of support letters.
