On 7 March 2022 the requester clarified the following:
The data should include all staff, internal and external recruitments.
Length of service: years and months.
From January 2010 - present.

We have included in the report criteria internal and external BSA Employee recruitments only, i.e. recruitments to NHSBSA posts only. Please note that applicants may select “prefer not to say” on application forms. The below covers colleagues who chose to select “British Muslim” but the number of British Muslims recruited may be higher, if any candidates opted not to declare this.
