I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. This is because there are no KPIs included within this contract.

Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

This was a direct award under the North-Eastern Purchasing Organisation (NEPO) Training Dynamic Purchasing System, NEPO514.

Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date

The value of contract can be found within the Contract Award Notice.

Start date & duration of framework/contract?

The contract start date is 04 May 2021 and the end date is 03 May 2022. This can be found within the Contract Award Notice. Applicable dates for the framework that this contract has been called off from (NEPO514) can be found on NEPO’s website.

Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

This was a direct award under the NEPO Training Dynamic Purchasing System, NEPO514, and was therefore not advertised.

There is no extension clause applicable to this contract.

No decision made to extend the contract. The Framework provider, NEPO, would be able to advise on any extension to their framework.
