We are unable to trace records back to 2021, when the first name change took place, as these fall outside our retention period. We have considered the information held from 2021 onwards and respond below.

Caring Nationwide Limited (trading as East Riding Pharmacy) held ownership of FDC68 from 2 April 2007 until 31 August 2021.

The owner name changed to Faith Pharma Limited on 1 September 2001 until 13 July 2025.

We received a request from Market Entry (PCSE) for a change of ownership for FDC68 to Amykas Limited, with an original commencement date of 1 June 2025 and a new code of FNJ48.

On 2 June 2025, we received a revised commencement date, changing the start date for Amykas Limited to 1 July 2025.

A further amendment was received on 2 July 2025, updating the commencement date for Amykas Limited to 14 July 2025.
