I am writing to submit a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, regarding Bretton Dental Practice, 125 Eyrescroft, Bretton, Peterborough, PE3 8EU (Organisation code V07840).
Please provide:
- The annual UDA allocation for this practice for eachfinancial yearfrom 2010/11 to present 2. The actual UDA delivery for each of those years 3. Whether they met, underdelivered or exceeded their NHS contract in each year 4. Any financial clawback applied for underdelivery in any of those years.
On 10 April 2026 you clarified the following:
- Contract 1013660000 (V007840, PE3 8EU) — 01/11/2019 to 31/10/2021
- Contract 1407080001 (V007840, PE3 8EU) — 01/12/2014 to present
I note that information prior to 2018/19 may be held by the relevant Integrated Care Board. Please provide what you hold from 2018/19 onwards and advise which ICB holds the earlier data so I may submit a separate request.
