I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested.

Please read the below notes to ensure correct understanding of the data. The answers to each question follow the below notes.

The data used has been restricted to 1995 Section members only.

Members may appear more than once in the dataset if they have submitted multiple applications, resulting in possible duplication.

Applications included within the specified period have been identified using the PAYDATE field as the determining factor. PAYDATE being the date the payment is due into the members account.

For Question 1, all AW8 volumes have been categorised by Award Type, and a translation of the award type has been provided.

Question 2 reflects cases in which the initial flag “EmployerProvidedPrior” is set to ‘Y’.

Question 3 reflects cases in which “EmployerProvidedPrior” is set to ‘N’ and “EmployerProvidedAfter” is set to ‘Y’.

Question 4 reflects cases in which both flags are set to ‘N’
