For just Practices offering Sedation Services, filter the data by SEDATION_FIN_VALUE (Sedation Financial Value) where the figure is not zero. To get the Cost per UDA just divide TOTAL_FIN_VALUE (Total Financial Value) by CONTRACTED_UDA (Contracted UDA).

To get cost per sedation UDA, divide sedation financial value (SEDATION_FIN_VALUE) by the sedation performance target (SEDATION_COT_TARGET).
