Our response

Since January 2024, there have been 22 Stage 2 complaints relating to the NHS Prescription Exemption Checking Service where income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance had been incorrectly declared. Out of the 22 complaints, one complaint was upheld which gives a percentage rate of 4.5%.
