• The identities of the Panel members who contributed to the medical judgement relied upon in refusing my appeal.

• Sufficient details of their professional qualifications, registration status, specialist training and relevant clinical experience to demonstrate a proper basis for commenting on transfusion decision-making in comparable cases during the 1980s.
