PF_CP_CONSULTATION_FEE (Pharmacy First Clinical Pathway consultation fee value)

PF_CP_MONTHLY_FIXED_PAY (Pharmacy First Clinical Pathway monthly fixed payment value) based on the number of clinical pathway consultations claimed that month.

March to May 2025: minimum threshold = 30 consultations (£1000)

June and July 2025: minimum threshold = 20 to 29 consultations (£500) and minimum threshold = 30 consultations (£1000)

For additional information, NHS Prescription Services produces the monthly Drug Tariff on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care. This will provide more detailed information regarding the NHS Pharmacy First Clinical Pathways service.

The Drug Tariff outlines payment to pharmacy contractors for NHS services provided either for reimbursement or for remuneration, rules to follow when dispensing, value of the fees and allowances paid and drug and appliance prices.

We have received one complaint regarding reimbursement for NHS Pharmacy First services between March 2025 and July 2025.
