Include supplier names, total quality and price scores, and any moderation records. If any information is withheld under FOIA s.43(2) (commercial interests) or s.40 (personal data), please release the remainder with redactions and provide a schedule of exemptions applied. I am content for unit-rate pricing or names to be redacted.
