Thank you for your request for information about the following:
Request
The lady I spoke with on the phone said to me that this has happened to a lot of people, because the move from the old system to universal credits, means that the threshold lowers and you are not formally made aware
Who else has this happened to? With the freedom of information act, I am sure we can look into this and find out how many other people have been put through this unnecessary trauma.
The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 15 November 2025.
We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
Our response
I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA.
