This should include both the seven Pharmacy First Clinical Pathways only, as well as activities for Urgent Medicines Service and Minor Illness Service. In addition to hypertension services provided.

Response
I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested and a copy of the information is attached.
Please read the below notes to ensure correct understanding of the data.
NHSBSA Prescription Services process prescriptions and other activities and information is then used to make payments to pharmacists and appliance contractors (in England) for prescriptions dispensed in primary care settings. This involves processing approximately 1 billion prescription items and payments totalling over £9 billion each year. The information gathered from this process is then used to provide information on costs and trends in prescribing in England and Wales to over 25,000 registered NHS and Department of Health users.

Contents
This FOI contains data on the number of consultations carried out by East Street Pharmacy for Pharmacy First and Hypertension Case Finding Services between the above dates.
Services included and caveats relating to data quality
Data on the following Pharmacy Advanced Services have been provided:
• Pharmacy First Clinical Pathways
• Pharmacy First CPCS (Urgent Medicines Service and Minor Illness Service)
• Hypertension Case Finding Service
For each total, the service name and the service element (i.e. type of treatment service, or Clinical Pathway) has been included. A count of unique consultations is shown for each Service, service element and assessment date. Assessment date relates to the date on which a consultation took place.
For Pharmacy First Clinical Pathway activity, data is restricted to consultation activity for which payment has been made to the pharmacy.
For Pharmacy First CPCS and Hypertension Case Finding activity, we are unable to state with certainty whether payment was made for the consultations reported in the data. All totals only include consultations which were submitted for payment, but we do not have visibility at a transactional level to ascertain which have subsequently been paid.
In the rows for Hypertension Case Finding, 'CLINIC' refers to an initial cuff test carried out in pharmacy, while 'ABPM' refers to ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (there are no ABPM records in the data).
Exclusions
The data excludes –
• Items not dispensed, disallowed and those returned to the contractor for further clarification.
• Prescriptions prescribed and dispensed in prisons, hospitals and private prescriptions.
• Items prescribed but not presented for dispensing or not submitted to NHS Prescription Services by the dispenser.
