Question 1 – The date and time of each planned meeting

2025 Board dates:
• 16 October 2025
• 11 December 2025

2026 Board dates:
• 5 February 2026
• 19 March 2026
• 14 May 2026
• 18 June 2026
• 9 July 2026 (Virtual)
• Public meeting – See answer below regarding question 3.
• 17 September 2026
• 22 October 2026
• 10 December 2026

All meetings are 9am to 2.30pm.

Question 2 - The location (whether in-person or virtual)

All meetings are currently planned to take place in-person at Stella House, Goldcrest Way, Newburn Riverside, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 8NY, excluding the July 2026 meeting which is currently planned to be virtual.

Question 3 - Whether any of the meetings are open to the public or just published afterward

Each year, one board meeting is open for public attendance. Information is not currently held on the exact date of the public meeting. This will be either July OR August 2026 (Annual Public Meeting – Date/ time TBC. This meeting takes place within 30 days of the NHSBSA laying its Annual Report and Accounts in parliament. The date/ time is confirmed once this is completed each year).
