I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested, please find the information below.

Question 1: Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

There is no extension clause built into the contract. The framework is set to end on 27/10/2028.

Question 2: Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

The end date for the framework is 27/10/2028. No further information has been published on the Crown Commercial Service website regarding an extension or renewal.

Question 3: Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested, however, please be aware that I have decided not to release staff names as this information falls under the exemption in Section 40 subsections 2 and 3(A)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act.

This is because it would breach the first data protection principle as:

It is not fair to disclose these people’s personal details to the world and is likely to cause damage or distress to the staff member.
These details are not of sufficient interest to the public to warrant an intrusion into the privacy of those staff.
