If it helps in locating this data, the previous NHS business definitions data dictionary suggested that this data was help in relation to pharmacy premises.

Under Section 21 of the FOIA we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you.

The information you requested is available: Organisation Data Service (ODS) codes, or F-codes, for pharmacies are publicly accessible through the Consolidated Pharmaceutical List dataset on our NHSBSA Open Data Portal. Please see the link below:

Pharmacists are not directly linked to F-codes in our system; therefore, General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registration numbers are not included.
