Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting information regarding the recent procurement of NHS Mandatory Dental Services in Portsmouth and Havant by NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board.

Please provide the following information:

A copy of the evaluation and moderation report, including the final scores awarded to all bidders by question or criteria.

The scoring matrix or evaluator notes explaining how the successful bidder’s answers met or exceeded the requirements.

A copy of the successful bidder’s tender submission, redacted only where strictly necessary under Section 43 of the Act.

Any clarification questions and responses exchanged between the ICB and the successful bidder during the procurement process.

The rationale and decision-making record for awarding the contract.

The names of the evaluation panel members involved in the procurement. If this is exempt, please provide anonymised role descriptions instead.

If any information is withheld, please clearly state the exemption applied and the reasons.
