Is it possible under freedom of information request to ask how many substitute pensions have been completed and how many remain to be done as I retired over 3 years ago now and still have not had my pension revised as per McCleod .

Our response

As of 21 August 2025, 1,328 members have had their McCloud Immediate Choice enacted, and revised award implemented. This is out of 394,289 members requiring an Immediate Choice, which means 392,961 remain.
