In the Capability and Operations team, we operate using a Matrix Management structure. This structure supports delivery in multidisciplinary teams. Our People Managers provide pastoral care with a focus on wellbeing and development Professional Leads are the technical lead within the professions, setting standards within a community. Delivery Managers are responsible for delivery of the service/project the team member is working on.
