‘To clarify, this is for unspent levy and for the past 2 years if possible, as the apprenticeship levy runs for a rolling 24 month window. So 1st June 2023 - 31st May 2025.’

[On 19 June 2025 you clarified your request as follows]

‘A current balance state as of today would be great, as I presume this would factor in levy available from the past 24 months?’

I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds some of the information you have requested.

Question 1 - Please can I request an BSA organisation chart with job roles and names?

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA.

The NHSBSA is a large organisation made up of various departments and there is no organisation chart which covers the whole organisation.

Question 2 - Separately, please can you also provide the amount of unspent apprenticeship levy for the organisation? A current balance state as of today would be great, as I presume this would factor in levy available from the past 24 months?

Current funds: £1,784,766

Funds spent since June 2024: £295,511

Funds spent since June 2023: £650,642.50
