You asked us:
1) Dental and Medical dynamisation factors for calculating practitioner benefits, both yearly factors and monthly factors for each of the years 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25. There are good reasons why I am asking for factors for each year even though strictly speaking the latest factors should be sufficient to do a calculation at any date in the past.
2) Please provide the full table of factors to enable me to dynamise earnings for any year starting from 1949. The table of factors for each of the years requested above should therefore start from 1949.
3) Each of the six years requested should have yearly factors and accompanying monthly factors i.e. 6 x 2 equals 20 sets of factors in total.
