2. Whether there is an extension clause in the framework or any associated contracts and if so, the duration and conditions of such an extension.

Tender Documentation & Process

1. A copy of the full service/product specification provided to all bidders when the tender was last advertised.

2. A list of suppliers who applied for inclusion at both the PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) and ITT (Invitation to Tender) stages, clearly indicating:

o Those who were successful.

o Those who were unsuccessful.

Contractual Performance & Oversight

1. A copy of the contractual performance KPIs defined for this contract and/or framework.

2. The name and title of the senior officer (outside of procurement) who holds accountability or strategic responsibility for the performance or delivery of this contract.

Financial Information

1. The total actual spend to date under this framework and any sub-lots, from the contract start to the current date
