I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested.
Question 1
Integra provided by Integrated Business Software and Solutions Ltd, covering unlimited NHSBSA web users as required to deliver its Finance functions. This is a perpetual licence.
Question 2
Annual costs for services including support and maintenance are circa £140,000. The licence is perpetual so there are no ongoing costs specifically for the licence to use the application.
Question 3
The licence is perpetual and therefore does not expire.
