I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested.

The NHSBSA administers the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and contracts a third-party supplier, Crawford & Company Adjusters (UK), for the provision of medical assessments under the scheme.

Crawford & Company Adjusters (UK) are paid by the NHSBSA as per the agreed contract charges on completion of medical outcome reports that meets the Key Performance Indicators specified in the contract. The payment amount is not reflective of the outcome of the assessment.
