I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA.

In our response to FOI-02447 we couldn’t specify how many Tribunal cases were part of the £50,608 cost between 1 November 2021 and 1 December 2024. This was because it related to Tribunals which were ongoing with HM Courts and Tribunal Services as well as advice provided in relation to Tribunals on an ad hoc basis.

The invoices we receive are not broken down. We therefore cannot provide the figure for the ad hoc legal advice provided in relation to Tribunals because it is not held.
